Due to the nature of digital products, being digital goods delivered via Internet download, all sales of downloadable PDF files are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, we cannot process a refund.

2. Refund Policy for Membership Products (Containing PDFs)

For products that include both membership access and downloadable PDFs:

Membership Component: The membership portion of the product is eligible for a refund within a period of 7 days of purchase, provided the terms below are met.
PDF Component: Downloadable PDFs included in the membership product are non-refundable.

Refund requests for the membership component will be assessed based on your usage of the membership benefits. If substantial benefits have already been utilized, partial or no refunds may be issued.
